S-wick Burning Instructions

This style of wick makes a stunning display and there are a few important tips to know. First, light the S-wick at one edge and allow the flame to travel the length of the wick. Trimming the wick is crucial for S-wicks to remove charred bits. To do so, either pinch off the blackened parts and discard or use wick trimmers to clean up the wick. 

Trim wick each time before re-lighting. Do not burn more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when 3/4” of wax is left. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children, pets, and anything that could catch fire. Candle tins should be placed on a candle coaster or heat-proof surface when burning.

Note: We use pure soy wax in our candles, which is clean burning and plant based. There are a few natural characteristics about soy wax to note. Over time, soy wax can appear "frosted" or uneven in its color. This does not affect the scent, quality or how the candles burn. Please consider reusing our glass jars in your home to repurpose them.
