Piper & Harlow Collections strives to satisfy customers to the best of our ability. We try our best to provide all information necessary about our products. Please ask about any concerns prior to ordering. Since our items are handcrafted, there may be slight variations between batches. In our opinion, this is a significant part of the charm when avoiding mass produced products.
If a customer is not happy with their order or if it is damaged during shipment, we will issue a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the return. A credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The buyer is responsible for paying for all return shipping and handling fees.
Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after purchase date.
