 At Piper & Harlow, we love to support and collaborate with other small businesses. We offer wholesale pricing and free local delivery within a 45 mile radius. We offer shipping within the U.S.

You can find us at the Maine Micro Artisan Wholesale show on August 4th at the Costello Sports Complex, Gorham, Maine.

How to Order Wholesale

If you are a Faire customer and prefer to order that way, click HERE to access our Faire shop.

To order from us directly (we offer free local delivery):

1. Visit our selection of scents on our line sheet below or through the SHOP tab of our website. 

or click HERE to browse our line sheet.

2. Email us at piperandharlow2@gmail.com with your order.

3. We will send you an invoice which will include a timeline for production and estimated delivery date. Invoices may be paid online, via Zelle, PayPal or a check may be sent.

4. Once funds are cleared, your order moves into production.

5. You will receive an email with delivery details. This will be an email to schedule local delivery if applicable, or it will include tracking information if the order is shipped. We use multiple carriers so we can obtain the best rate.

6. Wholesale available starting at 16 candles

7. Suggested retail range is $24-$32

8. Minimum quantity of 4 candles per scent ordered

9. Costs do not include shipping, which may be free for local orders. We use select services that allow us to offer reduced shipping rates. The approximate cost to ship 16 candles is $18-$25.

• Wholesale orders are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks of order placement
